FAQ

The theme of the conference is, “Together,” in order to focus on unity, faith, collective purpose, and fellowship.

The conference will be held June 26-28, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency in Columbus, Ohio. See the “Hotel” section below for venue specific information.

The event is open to all members, families, and friends of the church across the USA.

Due to a limited capacity, registration was open to those in the USA. Registration reached capacity and closed in Spring 2026.

There is no official dress code for the conference. Please feel free to dress comfortably and in a manner that is respectful of the setting. Whether casual or more formal, we want everyone to feel welcome and at ease throughout the weekend. 

For the Sunday divine service, we ask that attendees dress in a manner appropriate for worship, helping to preserve the sanctity and reverence of the service.

Registration opened September 1st, 2025 and reached capacity in Spring 2026.

As of April 23, 2026, registration has reached capacity and is closed. 

For those 18 years or older, the registration fee is $25. Those under 18 years old may attend for free, but still need to register.

The registration fee covers access to all main sessions, Friday night’s worship experience, breakout discussions, conference materials, a welcome bag, and lunch on Saturday.

Yes. For planning purposes, and to ensure certain safety capacities, those who only want to attend the service on Sunday were still required to register. Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting any more registrations, even for Sunday only. 

A waitlist option was available in April and May. We are no longer accepting additions to the waitlist.

Rolling conference check-in begins at the Hyatt Regency at 12:00pm at the Nationwide Foyer on floor 1.

• Upon arriving at the hotel, please look for signage and/or a greeter to guide you to the registration check-in area.
• Present a printout or screenshot of your Eventbrite ticket or order number. Those without a printout or screenshot of their Eventbrite ticket will check-in with their last name.
• At check-in, registrants will receive their welcome bag and name tag.
• Your name tag and lanyard guarantee your access to the event. You must have your name tag with you at all times during the conference in order to participate in any of the sessions or events.
• Those arriving to the hotel between 6:00pm and 8:00pm on Friday will check-in and receive their registration items in front of the Regency Ballroom on floor 3.
• If you plan to arrive after 8:00pm Friday evening, check-in will be available from 7:00am-9:00am Saturday morning in front of the Regency Ballroom on floor 3.

• If you are not attending the full conference and only registered to attend service on Sunday, you will also need a name tag to enter the ballroom for service.
• Upon arriving at the hotel, please proceed to level 3 to the check-in table to the side of the entrance to the Regency Ballroom.
• Present a printout or screenshot of your Eventbrite ticket or order number. Those without a printout or screenshot of their Eventbrite ticket will check-in with their last name.

The closest airport is John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), about 15 minutes from the hotel.

While the Hyatt Regency does not have a dedicated airport shuttle, a NAC event-specific shuttle will be running continuously on Friday, June 26th from 12:00 PM through midnight.

• Proceed to baggage claim and look for the New Apostolic Church representative and/or signage. They will direct you to the shuttle.

• The shuttle will run continuously from 12:00pm to midnight on Friday, with return trips to the airport on Sunday from 12:00pm to 9:00pm.

• The shuttle will only go between the Columbus airport and the Hyatt Regency. It will not stop at any other hotels.

• You do not need to reserve a spot on the shuttles as they will run continuously during the scheduled times.  

For Sunday departures, a shuttle will be running to the airport from 12:00 PM through 9:00 PM. To utilize the Sunday shuttle from the Hyatt Regency to the airport, meet in the lobby of the hotel. 

Absolutely! The Hyatt Regency has ample parking for those who would like to drive. Participants are responsible for their own parking.

The parking garage attached to the Hyatt Regency is the closest option for parking. For the hotel's parking details, CLICK HERE. However, participants are welcome to park at any other nearby lots or garages if they'd like. 

The conference is taking place at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Columbus. A limited number of rooms at the Hyatt Regency are available for a promotional rate. To utilize this rate, registrants can follow the instructions they will receive in their confirmation email after registering.

The registration fee does not include the hotel room. Participants are responsible for their own lodging arrangements.

No. There are many other hotel options in the area. However, we have only worked out a promotional rate with the Hyatt Regency. Participants are also free to stay at an Airbnb or other type of lodging as they choose.

While we won’t have dedicated childcare available, there will be a dedicated child-friendly area for families to utilize with interactive stations and activities. This space will be unstaffed, and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Absolutely. We’ve designed tracks and breakout sessions that apply to various ages and stages of life. These optional sessions will take place Saturday evening. For more information on these sessions, scroll to the bottom of the Speakers and Sessions page. 

Yes, the venue is fully accessible. Additional information is available on the Hyatt Regency website.

Yes. Select sessions will offer translation. Those sessions taking place in the Regency Ballroom will have translation available via our partner translation option, Langfinity. Those needing translation will need their own phones/devices and headphones to be able to listen to the translations. 

Lunch on Saturday will be provided. All other meals will be the responsibility of the participant. Downtown Columbus offers ample dining options. CLICK HERE to see nearby restaurants.
